Conditions for Approval for Minor Exception No 2003-10 <br /> <br />Minor Exception No. 2003-10 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the minor exception. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in the revocation of the minor exception. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this minor exception. <br /> <br />PlanninR Division <br /> <br />All proposed site improvements, including all landscaping as shown on the <br />site plan, must conform to the Site Plan review approval of DP No. 03-62. <br /> <br />The hours of operation for the facility are limited to 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 <br />p.m., Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, <br />and from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Any modification to these <br />hours of operation must be submitted to the Planning Division for review <br />and approval and may require the approval of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The additional 100 parking spaces on the church property must be <br />constructed and completed prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy <br />for the YMCA. <br /> <br />A parking easement between the Diocese of Orange and the YMCA to <br />allow off-site parking must be recorded prior to certificate of occupancy for <br />the YMCA. <br /> <br />31 .A. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
