The historic United <br />Automotive building occupies the northeast corner of the <br />project site. On-site parking is provided on the remainder <br />of the project site. <br /> <br />Santa Ana's historic Downtown is located immediately to the <br />north of this development area. The Downtown area is a <br />harmonious blend of historic buildings, the emerging Artist <br />Village, as well as live/work possibilities and a culturally <br />enriched retail market.
