The histodc United Automotive building <br />occupies the northeast comer of the project site. On-site parking is <br />provided on the remainder of the project site. <br /> <br />Santa Ana's historic Downtown is located immediately to the north of this <br />development area. The Downtown area is a harmonious blend of <br />histodc buildings, the emerging Artist Village, as well as live/work <br />possibilities and a culturally enriched retail market.
