Amendment Application No. 2003-09 <br />General Plan Amendment No. 2003-05 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-31 <br />Variance No. 2003-08 <br />January 20, 2004 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />the past approved live, non-amplified music only as an ancillary use to a <br />bona fide restaurant by regulating the size of the band and type of <br />musical instruments. Further, Caribou intends to serve alcohol ancillary <br />to the restaurant use. <br /> <br />To ensure that the site does not become an attractive nuisance and <br />generate an excess number of calls for service, the Planning Commission <br />amended the SD to include the following standards: <br /> <br />The operation of any restaurant shall be permitted between the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., seven days a week.
