Further, Caribou intends to serve alcohol ancillary <br />to the restaurant use. <br /> <br />To ensure that the site does not become an attractive nuisance and <br />generate an excess number of calls for service, the Planning Commission <br />amended the SD to include the following standards: <br /> <br />The operation of any restaurant shall be permitted between the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., seven days a week.
