COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />CTCG2035 0520 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />BLANKET ADDITIONAL INSUREDS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />SECTION 11- Who Is An Insured is amended to include as additional Insureds persons or organizations: <br />1. With whom you have agreed in writing in a contract or agreement that such person or organization is required <br />to be added as an additional insured on your policy, provided that the written contract or agreement has been <br />executed prior to the time the "occurrence" takes place; or <br />2. To whom a certificate of Insurance has been issued on your policy naming such person or organization as an <br />additional insured, provided that the certificate of insurance has been Issued prior to the time the <br />"occurrence" takes place. The certificate of insurance must be approved and on file with the insurance <br />carrier or authorized program administrator. <br />The insurance provided to the additional insured is limited as follows: <br />1. That person or organization is an additional insured only with respect to liability arising out of: <br />a. Premises you own, rent, lease, or occupy; or <br />b. Your ongoing operations performed for that additional insured. <br />2. If you have a written contract or agreement in place with an additional insured, the Limits of Insurance <br />applicable to the additional insured are those specified in the written contract or agreement or in the <br />Declarations for this policy, whichever is less. <br />If you do not have a written contract or agreement in place, with an additional insured to which a <br />certificate of insurance has been issued on your policy naming such person or organization as an <br />additional insured, the Limits of Insurance applicable to the additional insured are those specified in the <br />certificate of insurance or in the Declarations for this policy, whichever is less <br />All other terms and conditions of this policy remain unchanged. <br />CTCG2035 0520 Concert Specialty Insurance Company, 2020 Page 1 of 1 <br />
