County's <br /> requirements shall be reasonable and shall be designed to assure protection from and against the kind <br /> and extent of risks which exist at the time a change in insurance is required. <br /> <br /> County shall notify Contractor in writing of changes in the insurance requirements. CONTRACTOR agrees to grant the COUNTY, Federal and State governments a royalty-free, <br />nonexclnsive and irrevocable license to publish, copy, translate or use, now and hereafter, all materials, data, <br />films, tapes, etc., developed under this AGREEMENT. The COUNTY, Federal, and State governments reserve <br />the right to authorize others to use or reproduce such materials.
