Cesar <br />oversees all company operations in California and Arizona, as well as <br />scheduling all jobs. Cesar hires personnel, oversees training and works <br />directly with personnel and supervises. On Mondays, he conducts Quality <br />Control checks for all work completed during the weekend. Cesar has . <br />improved quality, productivity and overall performance via his meetings with <br />personnel to discuss the operations. <br /> <br />Fredy Garcia, General Manager has been with TSCM for 12 years and <br />oversees the quality control and quality checks during the weekdays. Fredy <br />assists Cesar with training and operational aspects of the business. Fredy <br />conducts meetings and works directly with personnel he supervises. <br /> <br />Maggie Madson, Office Manager, has been with TSCM for three years. <br />Maggie handles customer service and customer relations, oversees the day <br />to day scheduling of jobs and personnel matters. Maggie writes the work <br />orders and calls customers to confirm dates and times. Once the job is done <br />Maggie calls the customer to inform them that the job is completed and check <br />for total customer satisfaètion. <br />
