The rates are reasonable <br />and consistent with the staff estimates. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration ER No. 02-06 and Categorical Exemption ER Nos. 02- <br />163 and 02-162 have been prepared for Santiago Park, E1 Salvador Park and <br />Centennial Park, respectively. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Wildlands Conservancy Fund (account no. 169- <br />259-6631, project no. 6368), the California State Park Bond 2000 Fund <br />(account no. 169-270-6631, project no. 04-6375), and the Land and Water <br />Conservation Fund (account no. 156-247-6631, project no 04-6373). <br /> <br />J~mes G.
