Amendment Application No. 2003-11 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-38 <br />February 2, 2004 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Approval is recommended for the proposed amendment application and <br />conditional use permit as the Art Institute/Argosy University will <br />continue to provide a use that will serve the commercial area of the city <br />through existing office and industrial uses as well as providing <br />educational opportunities for residents within the City.
