Dix <br />From: Water Quality Inspector <br /> <br />Subject: AGREEMENT A-2003-239 <br /> <br />Section I entitled GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION of the Request for Proposal for <br />Consulting Services for Domestic Water Quality Testing dated October, 2003 states the <br />following: <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana requests the services of an analytical laboratory to <br />provide timely, high-quality analytical analysis of the City's domestic <br />water system for the period from January I, 2004 through December 31, <br />2005.
