Services Agency <br />Subject: Delegation of Authority for Compulink Laserfiche Purchases <br />I authorize Bruce Fruchter, contractor with SoftMaster Inc. and serving as project manager for the <br />City's document imaging projects, to administer the Master Compulink Agreement, # A-2004-004. <br />This includes the issuance of Laserfiche "Purchase Addendums" pursuant to the agreement terms and <br />conditions and within the authorized scope of approved Council actions.
