Engines shall be certified by California Air Resources Board at an optional low <br />NOx certification prior to release of MSRC funds. CONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed <br />for station construction in the amount shown above after receipt of verification that <br />station construction is complete as specified below and that station is fully operational. <br />
