Attachment I — Statement of Work and Project Schedule <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Hereinafter Referred to as CONTRACTOR <br />AB 2766 Contract Number S0102A <br />Air Resources Board (ARB) quantification methodologies. Reported and validated <br />emission reductions shall be applied toward the State Implementation Plan (SIP) <br />attainment demonstration. All emission reductions resulting from the expenditure of <br />these funds shall be owned wholly by the AQMD, shall not be converted into tradable <br />credits and shall be used for the sole purpose of meeting the attainment schedule <br />contained in the most recently adopted SIP. AQMD reserves the right to verify the <br />information provided. CONTRACTOR shall report the following data annually: <br />Annual mileage or engine operating hours (where applicable) accumulated, using the <br />contracted -for equipment within the geographical boundaries of the AQMD. <br />The reporting requirements under this clause shall survive the expiration of this Contract <br />and continue in full force and effect until a total of five (5) consecutive years of <br />emissions data has been reported to AQMD. Annual reporting begins after first vehicles <br />are entered into service. <br />Final Report: A final report shall be submitted by the CONTRACTOR in the format <br />provided by AQMD staff. Report shall include, at a minimum: a) an executive summary; <br />and b) a detailed discussion of the results and conclusions of this project including the <br />manner in which any replaced vehicles were retired. CONTRACTOR will identify any <br />barriers encountered and solutions developed to overcome the barriers, impact on <br />vehicle operating costs and impact of project on future alternative fuel deployment and <br />near and long term AFV goals. <br />In the event the CONTRACTOR files for bankruptcy or becomes insolvent or <br />discontinues this project, the following items revert to the AQMD for disposition into the <br />AB 2766 Discretionary Fund account: <br />none <br />
