<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />to this Agreement, or if CONTRACTOR reports inaccurately or if any Audit Report makes <br />disallowances, CONTRACTOR shall promptly remedy its acts or omissions and/or repay CITY all <br />amounts due CITY as a result of CONTRACTOR's violation.
