<br />CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON <br />MAIN STREET DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />MINUTES . <br />December 17, 2003 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting convened at 7:20 a.m. in City Hall, Room 831, 20 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br />ATTENDANCE <br />City Council Committee members present were: Couhcilmember Claudia Alvarez, <br />Councilmember Lisa Bist and Councilmember Jose Solorio. <br /> <br />Staff members present were: City Attorney Joe Fletcher, Community Development <br />Agency Executive Director John P. Reekstin, Executive Director External Affairs Jill <br />Arthur, Downtown Development Manager Matt Lamb, Community Preservation <br />Inspector Alvaro Nunez, Associate Planner Bob St. Paul and Project. Manager Vicki <br />Uehli. <br /> <br />Member of the public present was: Ben Grabiel. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - November 19, 2003 <br /> <br />Action: The minutes were approved by Councilmember Bist who was <br />appointed by the committee to approve the minutes (Alvarez <br />absent during this motion). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />. Alvaro Nunez reported that citations are continuing, and they are stepping up <br />enforcement in the Downtown. <br /> <br />. Vicki Uehli provided an update on the Rebate Program. <br /> <br />13C-4 <br />
