The <br />hand-held computer programming and software components were created by <br />Crossroads Software and developed in two phases. With the completion of <br />the grant, the Traffic Division is conducting final compliance testing of <br />the software. Upon successful compliance testing of each phase the Police <br />Department will request that $20,000 be released. to Crossroads Software for <br />.
