<br />Allocation of FY04-05 <br />.Emergency Shelter Grant Funds <br />March 15, 2004 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Five applications were rated so low that the evaluation panel did not <br />recommend funding. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />HOO provides ESG funds to the City. Funds will be utilized for eligible <br />activities by non-profit homeless service agencies and the City. No <br />additional City funding is necessary; thus, the only fiscal impact on <br />the City is that of ongoing administration. Funds for subrecipients <br />will be available in the FY 2004-2005 Emergency Shelter Grant account <br />(account no. 135-152-6931). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br /> <br />J P.
