This grant funding has allowed the Police <br />Department's Traffic Division to conduct special operational training for <br />participating officers and staff. Additionally, the initial funding has <br />provided for a pre-operation seat belt compliance survey, and a 14-day <br />,enforcement operation specifically targeting seatbelt violations. <br /> <br />The OTS has approved an additional $95,392 in funds through this grant <br />program. These funds will provide for an additional 21 days of <br />enforcement in support of the Buckle-Up America/Operation ABC National <br />Mobilization. <br /> <br />20D-1 <br />
