The contract will provide for two annual cleanings of the <br />interior and exterior windows of several City buildings, which will <br />improve the appearance and cleanliness of facilities. The buildings <br />include City Hall, Council Chambers, the Ross Annex, the Main Library, <br />the Corporate Yard, and the Police Administration Building. <br /> <br />On September 18, 2000, the City Council awarded a contract to Bielski <br />Window and Masonry for a two-year period with provision for two one- <br />year renewals. The vendor has performed satisfactorily during the past <br />contract period and staff recommends the final renewal to the contract. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />228-1 <br /> <br />œ.'" <br />
