DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The Finance and Management Services Agency's Building Maintenance <br />Division is responsible for maintaining the fire alarm systems of the <br />following City-owned buildings: City Hall, Ross Annex, Main and Newhope <br />Libraries, Corporation Yard, the Southwest Senior Center, and the Santa <br />Ana Senior Center. Services performed under this contract include the <br />annual testing of alarms and smoke detectors as well as routine and <br />emergency repairs.
