No. 04-005) <br />March 1, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on January 26-27, 2004, and <br />bids were solicited. The <br />bids from the recommended vendors are respons.i ve to the specifications <br />and meet the City's requirements.
