DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The City contracts various plumbing services such as drain cleaning, <br />leak repair, and general maintenance at. the various City-owned <br />buildings. In addition, the contract provides for the installation of <br />water heaters and various restroom fixtures. The current contract. <br />expires April 1, 2004.
