Noble Company, for $483,934.25, which is below the <br />Engineer's estimate of $537,000. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />After Completion of Environmental Review ER 2003-241, a Categorical <br />Exemption will be filed for this project pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The Funding Analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$606,700 for the project (Exhibit 2).
