Section 2-305.5 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to delete reference to the Deputy City Manager for Development Services and <br />replacing it with the new title of Executive Director of Planning and Building such that it <br />reads as follows (new text in bold, deleted text lined out for tracking purposes only): <br /> <br />Sec. 2-300.5. Doputy city mana¡¡or for development servicesExecutive <br />Director of Plannina and Buildina. <br /> <br />All references in this Code, or in any resolution, agreement, regulation, <br />authorization or directive of the city council, the city manager or any board <br />or commission of the City of Santa Ana, or in any document whatsoever, <br />to the planning director, the building director, the director of building <br />safety, the director of planning and development services or the deputv <br />citv manaaer for development services or tho OXOGlJtivo dirocter ef <br />planning and building safety shall be deemed references to the executive <br />director of plannina and buildina do 3uty city managor for ee'iolopmont <br />&efVÌGe6 . <br /> <br />Section 4. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision <br />of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance.
