<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />adding the unrepresented classification title of Executive Director of <br />Planning and Building at the fifteen-step salary rate range of EM-37 <br />($108,684-153,576). <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />designating the newly created classification title of Executive <br />Director of Planning and Building as Executive Management by <br />assigning the parenthetical identifier "EM" after this classification <br />title. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />deleting the unrepresented classification title of Deputy City <br />Manager for Development Services. <br /> <br />Section 3: That the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2003-2004, as amended, is <br />hereby further amended by reallocating one Deputy' City Manager for Development <br />Services position to one Executive Director of Planning and Building position. <br /> <br />Section 4: That, except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, and the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2003-2004, <br />as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 5: That this Resolution shall be operative immediately upon its date of <br />adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this - day of -' 2004. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
