Additionally, the Commission recommended <br />that the Council adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. <br />2004-01 and Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2004-02 and adopt a resolution <br />approving General Plan Amendment No. 2004-01 by a vote of 6:1 (Sinclair <br />opposed) . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />758-1 <br />
