<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-023 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 99-078 <br />PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION FOR THE CLERK OF <br />THE COUNCil. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOllOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />On December 6, 1999, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution No. <br />99-078 providing for the compensation for the office of Clerk of the Council <br />for the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The City Council desires to amend this resolution with respect to accrual of <br />vacation time. <br /> <br />Section 2: That Section 4(g) of Resolution 99-078 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A4(g). Vacation. Said officer shall receive the same vacation benefits and <br />vacation pay options as provided to classifications designated as Executive <br />Management. In addition, said officer shall accrue vacation at a rate as <br />though the effective date of her appointment as Clerk of the Council with the <br />City of Santa Ana was January 18, 1984. <br /> <br />Section 3: That except as expressly amended by this Resolution, Resolution No. <br />'. t 99-078, and each and every section, subsection and provision thereof, shall remain <br />.' .
