PLEASE READ rr CAREFULLY. <br />BLANKET ADDITIONAL" INSUR-ED <br />(ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS AND SURVEYORS) <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided -under to following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />1. WHO IS AN INSURED (Section p) is amended to <br />Include any person or organtzation that you agree <br />In a "commd or agreerlent requiring insurance" <br />to include as an additional insured on this Cover- <br />age Part, but <br />a. Only with respect tO liability for "bodily injury", <br />"property damage" or "persanal injury"; and <br />b. If the hqury or.damaga arises out of the per- <br />fomrance, by you or your subcontractor, of <br />-your work" to which the "conted or agree - <br />mom requmng insurance" applies. Such per- <br />son or organ¢afion does not quagfy as an <br />additional insured with respect to their kids - <br />pendent ads or for "bodily Injury", "property <br />damage" or "personal injury" for which that <br />person or organization has assumed liability <br />in a contract or agreement <br />2 The insurance provided to the additional insured <br />by this endorsement is limited as follows: <br />a. This insurance does not apply an any basis to <br />any person or organization for which cover- <br />age <br />overage as an additional insured. specifically is <br />added by another endorsement tothis .Covar- <br />age Part <br />b. Transfer <br />Of Rights Of Recovery Against Others To tis <br />in COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CON- <br />DITIONS (Section M: <br />We waive any rights of meovery we may have <br />against arty person or orgamizatlon because of <br />payments we make for "bodily injury", "property <br />damage" or "personsi injury" arising out of "your <br />work' performed by you, or on your behalf, under <br />e..cantract or agreement requiring insurance" with <br />that, person or organization.
