Discrimination means <br />any act that unreasonably differentiates treatment, intended or unintended, based <br />on age, handicap, national origin, race, marital status, religion, or sex. <br /> <br />2.9 When an employee leaves the service of the Contractor, Contractor shall notify <br />City within twenty-four (24) hours. <br /> <br />2.10 Contractor's employees shall not use alcoholic beverages or narcotics while <br />working pursuant to this Agreement. Persons that are under the influence of <br />alcohol or narcotics shall be denied work <br /> <br />2.11 Contractor shall provide all cleaning appliances, utensils, equipment, etc. All <br />non-disposable items will remain on the premises for the duration of this contract. <br /> <br />2.12 Contractor will provide all prescribed services to approximately 15 blocks ofthe <br />downtown area.
