The lowest <br />bid was submitted by 4-Con Engineering, Inc., for $1,274,672 which is <br />below the Engineer's estimate of $1,500,000. This project has received <br />approval from the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development authorizing the release of federal funds. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration No. ER 03-47 was previously prepared and <br />approved for this project and no further analysis is required. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$1,593,300 for the project (Exhibit 2).
