Place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-2647 — An ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City Of Santa Ana amending Sections 2-300 And 2-300.5 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code establishing the title of Executive Director of <br />Planning and Building and making other technical modifications to the <br />titles of officers and department heads of the City. <br />2.
