JOINT SESSION BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL, THE HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY AND THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />building is completed. Councilmember Solorio moved, seconded by <br />Councilmember Garcia, that an Ad Hoc Committee be formed to negotiate <br />a development agreement with the developer and bring recommendations <br />back to the Council in sixty days. Councilmember Christy said that she <br />would not support the project and did not believe that attorneys and other <br />professionals would lease the office space.
