Authorize the acceptance of Federal Telecommunications Act of <br />1996 E-Rate funds for Santa Ana Public Library technological <br />development. <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes.) <br />Approve an Appropriation Adjustment No. 04-107 - Recognizing <br />$7,040 in cash reimbursement in the Library revenue account and <br />appropriate the funds to the expenditure accounts for data and <br />telecommunications equipment <br />20.13.
