The <br />decorations shall be installed on all light standards within the Auto <br />Mall. The installation of decorations shall be at Auto Mall <br />Dealership's Association expense. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br /> <br />Lighting Requirements. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Dealership lot and street lighting standards shall be as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The type of luminaries and pole selected to be used for all <br />exterior lighting shall be to the equivalent to the specifications <br />found in GAR.D.C.O. Lighting's 'Form Ten H' luminaries, with <br />type three medium cutoff reflector, or other acceptable <br />alternative. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />All bronze anodized aluminum luminaries shall be provided <br />with 1,OOO-watt metal halide lamps. Street lighting will be 250- <br />watt high-pressure sodium lamps. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The mounting height of all luminaries is to be 24 feet from <br />ground level. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />An initial average of 50-75 foot-candles shall be maintained <br />from interior lot lighting with a maximum to minimum uniformity <br />of three to one. Frontline lighting shall have a maximum to <br />minimum uniformity of one and one-half to one, and initial <br />average of 75-100 foot-candles. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The bronze anodized aluminum poles are to be square in <br />cross section and shall be continuous to ground mounting <br />level with adequate protection by means of a raised six-inch <br />circular concrete curb with a minimum three-foot radius. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The average spacing for interior lot poles with two luminaries <br />per pole is to be 60 feet center to center. This is based on a <br />typical 60-65 foot aisle width.
