Approval of the proposed <br />Addendum would not involve any land use changes or changes in <br />development intensities that would generate additional demands <br />for public services over current levels of demand within project <br />area. <br /> <br />XII. RECREATION <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Would the project increase the use of existing neighborhood <br />and regional parks or other recreational facilities such <br />that substantial physical deterioration of the facility <br />would occur or be accelerated? <br />Does the project include recreational facilities or require <br />the construction or expansion of recreational facilities, <br />which might have an adverse physical effect on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed Addendum would not directly increase <br />the demand for recreational facilities, in that the proposed <br />Addendum does not involve any land use changes or activities <br />that would increase the demands for recreational facilities. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Cause an increase in traffic, which is substantial in <br />relation to the existing traffic load and capacity of the <br />street system? <br />Exceed, either individually or cumulatively, a level of <br />service standard established by the county congestion <br />management agency for designated roads or highways? <br />Substantially increase hazards to a design feature <br />Result in inadequate emergency access <br />Result in inadequate parking capacity <br />Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative <br />transportation <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed Addendum would incorporate existing land uses into <br />the SD-60 project area.
