Freestanding restaurants, cafes, and eating <br />establishments, excluding drive-through facilities and <br />facilities open between the hours of 12: 00 midnight and <br />5:00 a.m. <br /> <br />CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES <br /> <br />a. Live/workshop/studio projects at a density not to exceed <br />twenty-five (25) units per acre. <br />b. Non-freestanding eating establishments under 20,000 square <br />feet. <br />c. Indoor/Outdoor Entertainment as defined in Chapter 41 of <br />the SAMC. <br />d.
