All <br />such facilities shall have a clear working space of at <br />least 30 inches in front. <br /> <br />It shall comply with all Housing Code requirements as <br />modified by Section 8-2700 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code. <br /> <br />Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) must be <br />approved by the Planning Manager prior to the issuance of any <br />building permit.
