Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement with the California <br />State University, Fullerton Foundation (CsUF) to amend their <br />contract to operate the Grand Central Art Center for an additional <br />20 years and include a provision that during years 21-30, the <br />CsUF may request that the City Council terminate this lease upon <br />one year's notice due to economic hardship or other unforeseen <br />circumstances, which request shall not be unreasonably denied. <br /> <br />2. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director and Secretary to execute an agreement to <br />assign this lease to the City of Santa Ana.
