The wall sign(s) <br />may be placed on the showroom and/or service <br />building. <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />Secondary car lines shall be allowed one wall sign <br />for each make of automobile. The signs shall be <br />located on the showroom building. <br /> <br />Sign Area and Length. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />The sign area shall not exceed 40 percent of the signable <br />area, to a maximum of two square feet of sign area per <br />lineal foot of building frontage. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />The horizontal dimension of any wall sign shall not <br />exceed 80 percent of the horizontal dimension of the <br />building elevation on which the sign is located. <br /> <br />Location. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />The signs on the showroom or main service building shall <br />be located on the top of the fascia or wall facing the main <br />street access. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />No sign shall project above the parapet, canopy fascia, or <br />wall to which it is attached, nor above the roofline if <br />attached to the roof. . <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />No signage is allowed on the roof of any building. <br /> <br />Design. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Wall signs shall consist of individual neon box letters with <br />formed Plexiglas faces in deep channel metal backs. <br />The metal backs may be either satin anodized aluminum <br />or baked enamel steel (three inches deep). The <br />Plexiglas letters are to be kept in the frame with an <br />extruded anodized aluminum 'L' molding retainer. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Maximum height of the letters to be used shall be 36 <br />inches. <br /> <br />Exhibit "B" <br />Page 9 of 19 <br />11A-14 <br />
