The boxes are <br />used to house, protect, and provide access to water meters and valves <br />within the City's water system. The contract for polymer meter boxes <br />and lids is designed to provide quality products at significant savings <br />based on quantity pricing. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on February 9-10, 2004, and <br />bids were solicited.
