An important <br />aspect of the maintenance is the cleaning of concrete areas where there <br />is high pedestrian and vehicle traffic, in order to improve the <br />appearance and maintain clean, attractive facilities. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on February 28-29, 2004, and <br />bids were solicited.
