As your food service provider and partner, we would like [o contribute to the Inmate Welfaze Fund, $.OS <br />per meal for those meals sold to the cities mentioned above, and aay additional cities that should choose to use <br />our service. The funds in this account will be used at your direction for any purchase or maintenance need. <br />With your approval, we would like to establish this contribution beginning 1 Feb. Jeff will provide you with a <br />period balance and statement showing new contributions on the 1" of oath accounting period. <br />Currently we average 300 meals pet week for an estimated annual total of $780. Again, we hope to expand <br />our services [o other cities, so as our service grows so will [he contribution to fund. <br />We are proud of our relationship with the City of Santa Ana and our new ability to serve some of the <br />surrounding cities in Orange County. We hope this service will assist county law enforcement in developing <br />closer relationships.
