<br />basic goals and objectives of the program are not altered. However, any such modification shall not be made <br /> <br />without the prior written approval ofHCS. <br /> <br />INSTRUCTORS <br /> <br />7. CONTRACTOR assures that all instructors involved in the training of participants are qualified to <br /> <br />instruct in the appropriate program or training component or curriculum. If necessary, such instructors shall be <br /> <br />appropriately certified by the State of California. Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this Agreement, <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall submit to HCS a list of the names and qualifications of all instructors who will be providing <br /> <br />such training and shall notify HCS forthwith of any amendments or revisions thereto. <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> <br />8. CONTRACTOR shall comply with and adhere to the performance accountability standards and general <br /> <br />program requirements described in Sections 136 (Performance Standards) and 195 (General Program Requirements) <br /> <br />of the Act and applicable regulations and as contained in Exhibit "C". <br /> <br />PLANS AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />9. CONTRACTOR shall monitor its program for compliance with the provisions ofthis Agreement. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable parts of COUNTY'S WIA Policies and Procedures for <br /> <br />recruitment, intake, assessment and referral, copies of which are available from HCS. Said Policies and Procedures <br /> <br />may be modified by COUNTY upon ten (10) days written notice to CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />SATISFACTORY WORK <br /> <br />10. Services rendered hereunder are to be performed to the satisfaction of HCS.
