<br />., <br /> <br />Contracting Party: Glacial Garden Ice Arena <br />Class: Ice Skating Classes <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br />. Consultant shall provide ice skating classes. These classes are aimed at toddlers, children, youth teens, <br />adults and seniors. <br />. Consultant shall conduct half-hour classes, once a week for five-weeks sessions. <br />. A parent must accompany and participate with each toddler. <br />. Consultant will provide appropriate materials and supplies needed to conduct the class. <br />. Consultant will confer with City to determine class, day and time. <br /> <br />Class Size <br />. Each class must have a minimnm of 4 registered and paid parent/child participants and a maximum of 12. <br />. If the minimum registration has not been reached by the first class, the class may be cancelled by mutual <br />agreement of Consultant and City, without any compensation owed to Consultant. <br /> <br />Class Fees <br />. The class registration fee is $45 per participant per 5-week session. <br />. No refunds shall be made to participants after the first week of classes unless the class is cancelled by the <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency. <br />. The City shall collect class registration fees from each parent/child participant during the registration <br />period. <br />. City agrees to pay Consultant seventy percent (70%) of the total fees within fifteen (15) working days <br />after completion of the class session. City and Consultant agree that City shall retain thirty (30%) of the <br />fees collected. <br />. Consultants may not waive fees. <br />. Only registered participants listed on roster may participate in class. <br />. City will prepare class roster from participants on class receipts and provide copy to consultant. <br />.
