<br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />AND RELATED ACTIONS FOR THE SANTIAGO STREET LOFTS <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Legal Notice published in the Orange County Reporter on April 5 and 12, <br />2004 and notices mailed <br /> <br />On March 22, 2004, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 2003- <br />182 and the Mitigation Monitoring Program for the project. Additionally, <br />the Commission recommended that the Council adopt an ordinance <br />approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2004-01 and adopt a <br />resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-03, Site Plan <br />Review No. 2004-01 and Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-01 (County Map <br />No. 16558) by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation by Steve Harding, Planning & Building Executive <br />Director <br /> <br />Written Communication: None <br /> <br />Speakers: John Parker, representing Greystone Homes, and David <br />Dirienzo representing Urban West Strategies addressed the Council in <br />support of this project.
