<br />ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STANDARDS <br /> <br />All buildings within the Santa Ana Auto Mall shall be designed in a 'high-tech' <br />industrial design, The Santa Ana Auto Mall's Architectural Design Standards shall <br />be used to determine the structures compliance with the 'high-tech' industrial motif, <br />The use of exposed wood, tile roofs and mansards, and literal traditional <br />architectural motifs shall not be permitted, In addition, the Auto Mall Dealers <br />Association shall review and approve the architectural design for all new buildings <br />and remodels, <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Service buildings, accessory structures and parking structures shall be <br />designed to incorporate, on at least a portion of the exterior building, the <br />same materials and colors as those used for the showroom, <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The public areas and service buildings must be compatible in style <br />and material selection, <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />Horizontalitv: <br /> <br />The expression of horizontality in each building is of prime importance for the <br />unification of the Mall.
