Public art may be <br />comprised of multiple art pieces, however, at least one <br />such art piece shall be placed at the northwest corner of <br />the project site adjacent to Santiago Street and Santa <br />Ana Boulevard. The public art should invite participation <br />and interaction, inspire, add local meaning, interpret the <br />community by revealing its culture or history, and/or <br />capture or reinforce the unique character of the new <br />place.
