Recently, the external tape drive for the server failed, and <br />requires replacement. The new tape drive is not compatible with the <br />existing back-up software. As such, a software upgrade is necessary <br />for compatibility and for continuous file back-up. The recommended <br />action will provide the most efficient method of obtaining the hardware <br />and software for the agency's server.
