The surveys will be conducted in both English and <br />Spanish and the results will be analyzed to better respond to community <br />needs. <br /> <br />Staff has selected the consulting firm of Decision Research to conduct <br />the surveys. A firm with 20 years of experience, Decision Research <br />provides public opinion research services and strategic advice to <br />governmental and non-profit organizations. Decision Research is known <br />for its creative approach to research, in-depth strategic analysis and <br />comprehensive written reports. The firm has been involved in public <br />policy planning in transportation, land use, health care, environmental <br />issues , civil rights legislation, education, water policy. and revenue <br />financing for public services and infrastructure. Clients of the firm in <br />Orange County include the Orange County Fire Authority and Orange County <br />Water District and the Cities of Irvine, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, La <br />8 Habra, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, and Brea. <br /> <br />25K-1 <br />
