Only single-family dwellings will be issued <br />maximum of seventy-five one-time-use guest permits per year. <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />Multi-family dwellings are not eligible for guest permits. The <br />permit parking program will not apply to non-residential uses. <br />Vehicles without permits will be subject to a "No Stopping Any Time <br />Except With Valid Permit" restriction. <br /> <br />The program will be implemented on a block-by-block basis, when <br />approved by 66 percent or more of the property owners on a given <br />block. After the resolution is adopted, a 24-hour permit parking <br />restriction will be installed on the block of Third Street, between <br />French Street and Lacy Street, which has qualified for permit <br />parking. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review. Categorical <br />Exemption ER No. 2004-82 will be filed for this report. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The cost of this permit parking program is estimated to be $1100 <br />for signs and permits.
